Join us for Chair Yoga, a modified version of yoga that is done while seated or using a chair for balance. It incorporates traditional yoga elements like breathing techniques and physical poses.
Yoga can help improve flexibility and muscle tone, while helping to reduce stress.
All ages and skill levels are welcome. This can be a great fitness option for those with mobility issues and seniors.
This is a 60 minute, once a week class for six sessions.
